General Transaction Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, downloading and using the HeDa application, or purchasing upgrade packages on the system, you agree to be bound by these General Transaction Terms.

2. User Eligibility

The service is designed for users who are at least 15 years old and have full civil capacity. Minors under 15 years old should obtain parent or guardian permission and supervision before using any paid services.

3. VIP Service Upgrade Process
  • Step 1: Select the VIP Plan or Upgrade option in the application interface.
  • Step 2: Review the details of the VIP package, pricing, and available payment methods.
  • Step 3: Select a payment method and follow the prompts to complete the purchase.
  • Step 4: Once payment confirmation is received, your account will be upgraded automatically within 5-10 minutes.
4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of software services (digital content delivered instantly online), we do not offer refunds after a transaction is complete and the VIP package is successfully activated on the user's account. Exceptions are made only in the case of critical service failure on our end that cannot be resolved within 7 business days from notification.

5. Account Security

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials, passwords, and devices. We are not liable for any data loss or financial loss resulting from account access details being shared or leaked due to user negligence.
