1. Form of Delivery

The HeDa mobile app is a software utility product (digital goods/digital content). Therefore, there is no physical packaging or physical shipping applied to this service.

2. Delivery Method
  • Users download and install the HeDa application directly on their mobile devices from official app stores: Google Play Store (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS).
  • For paid VIP package upgrades, after successful payment confirmation from our payment gateways, our system upgrades account permissions directly on the servers.
3. Delivery Time (Service Activation)

The delivery and activation process is almost instantaneous (typically taking 5 to 10 minutes) upon successful payment confirmation. In case of network congestion from bank systems or payment gateways, activation may take up to 24 hours. If your account is not upgraded after 24 hours, please contact our support team immediately for manual assistance.
