Conditional Business Declaration

The HeDa mobile application is designed and operated for the purpose of recording, tracking, and reporting personal and family expenses for users.

ShapeeCloud Joint Stock Company officially declares and guarantees:

• The HeDa app DOES NOT carry out conditional business activities that require specific industry licenses under Vietnamese law.
• We do not provide intermediary payment services (such as independent payment gateways, commercial e-wallets, etc.).
• We do not conduct banking, lending, credit, or online deposit activities.
• We do not operate, host, or participate in financial brokerage, digital asset exchange, or multi-level financial marketing.

Therefore, the activities of the introductory website and the HeDa application do not fall within the scope of conditional business lines that require special sub-licenses, other than the general Business Registration Certificate issued by the Da Nang Department of Planning and Investment.
